Returns & Exchanges

At Ambre Blends, we take pride in our handcrafted essences and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is in its original packaging, unopened, and was purchased directly from the Ambre Blends website within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship them back to our Indianapolis studio using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
